User Agreement

Welcome to Flipper. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Flipper, operated under Bravon Apps ("Flipper", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Flipper mobile application, website, social discovery features, subscription services, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Flipper is a social discovery and dating-related application for adults. By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the applicable age requirement;
  • You are legally permitted to use the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law or platform rules;
  • You are using the Service only for yourself and not on behalf of another person;
  • You have not previously been removed or banned from the Service unless we have given written permission to return.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if we believe a user is underage, has misrepresented eligibility, or creates safety, legal, or platform compliance concerns.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Service Description

Flipper provides adult users with social discovery and dating-related features. Depending on the app version, region, and availability, users may be able to create a profile, discover other users, express interest, match, communicate, manage preferences, and access optional premium features.

Flipper does not guarantee matches, conversations, relationships, compatibility, meetings, user availability, user authenticity, or any particular outcome. Users are solely responsible for their interactions, decisions, communications, and offline conduct.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading purpose;
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, exploit, shame, blackmail, or harm another person;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, location, intentions, or relationship status;
  • Upload, post, send, or share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Upload or share any content involving minors or attempt to interact with minors through the Service;
  • Solicit money, gifts, passwords, verification codes, financial details, private documents, or sensitive personal information from users;
  • Promote escort services, prostitution, human trafficking, commercial sexual services, illegal substances, illegal gambling, weapons, or other unlawful activity;
  • Post fake, stolen, misleading, copyrighted, or unauthorized photos, profiles, or content;
  • Share another person’s private information without consent;
  • Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automation, data mining, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access methods;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service, our systems, payment systems, moderation systems, or security controls;
  • Use the Service for spam, advertising, lead generation, commercial solicitation, competitor research, or unauthorized business purposes;
  • Attempt to bypass subscription, safety, age, account, or platform controls.

6. Safety, Reporting, and User Interactions

User safety is important to us. However, Flipper does not control and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behavior, statements, or actions of other users. You are responsible for exercising caution when communicating with or meeting anyone.

You should not share financial information, passwords, verification codes, home address, precise location, private documents, or other sensitive information with people you do not know.

If you choose to meet another user offline, you should meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transportation, and stop communication if you feel unsafe.

You may report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, offensive, or unsafe behavior through available in-app tools or by contacting us at info@bravonapps.com.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the photos, profile information, messages, answers, reports, feedback, and other content you submit through the Service ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law, this Agreement, platform rules, or the rights of any person.

By submitting User Content, you grant Flipper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, and use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, protect, and promote the Service.

This license continues only as long as reasonably necessary for the Service, legal compliance, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or where content has been shared with others and not deleted by them.

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or moderate User Content or accounts if we believe they violate this Agreement, our policies, user safety standards, applicable law, payment rules, or platform requirements.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, enforce this Agreement, or protect the integrity of the Service.

9. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Payments

Flipper may offer optional premium features, subscriptions, boosts, virtual items, or other paid features. Prices, features, duration, availability, and promotional offers may vary by country, app version, platform, or user eligibility.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider. We do not directly process or store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider. Flipper does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law or platform rules.

10. Privacy and Advertising Measurement

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information, including information used for analytics, subscriptions, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, and third-party service providers.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, features, logos, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by Flipper, Bravon Apps, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, hosting providers, crash reporting providers, push notification providers, support tools, and fraud-prevention providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Communications

By using the Service, you agree that we may contact you through email, push notifications, in-app messages, or other available channels for service-related, safety, legal, support, transactional, and account-related communications. You may be able to opt out of certain non-essential communications through app settings, device settings, or unsubscribe options.

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, backups, or enforcement of this Agreement.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipper disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

Flipper does not guarantee the number of users, matches, conversations, relationships, meetings, compatibility, authenticity of user statements, or any particular result from using the Service.

Flipper does not conduct criminal background checks on all users and does not guarantee user conduct. You are responsible for your own safety and interactions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipper, Bravon Apps, and their owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, user interactions, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Flipper through the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipper, Bravon Apps, and their owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@bravonapps.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Where legally permitted, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

19. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Service after the updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the revised Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk for other users, misused the Service, failed to meet eligibility requirements, or caused legal, safety, payment, or platform compliance concerns.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions regarding user content, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

21. Safety Tips

  • Never send money, gifts, crypto, banking information, passwords, or verification codes to someone you meet through the Service.
  • Protect your personal information and avoid sharing precise location, home address, workplace details, private documents, or sensitive information.
  • Be cautious of users who pressure you, avoid verification, refuse normal communication, ask for financial help, or move conversations to unsafe channels.
  • If you meet someone offline, meet in a public place, tell a trusted person, and arrange your own transportation.
  • Report suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, offensive, or unsafe behavior to Flipper immediately.

22. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be interpreted to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and any other legal notices published by Flipper, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flipper regarding the Service.
